Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and deep learning models.
- Lead technical strategy for the Research & Development department, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and propose innovative improvements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data pipeline management.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products in production environments.
