Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and generative AI architectures to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI research and production deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into applications.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, MLOps practices, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in distributed systems.
