Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines that will scale to millions of users.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI research and deployment, aligning with the company's 2026 objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and manage complex projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving unsolved problems in AI scalability.
