Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and implement robust autonomous agent architectures using modern LLM frameworks and LangChain.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain tasks to enhance inference speed and accuracy.
- Multi-Agent Collaboration: Develop systems where AI agents collaborate seamlessly to solve complex, multi-step problems.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and security in distributed AI environments.
- Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain high-throughput data pipelines to support continuous model training and evaluation.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent orchestration tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
