We are building the operating system for the autonomous future. As a Senior AI Agent Architect, you will spearhead the engineering efforts required to transition from static AI models to autonomous, self-correcting agents by the year 2026.

Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement scalable, distributed architectures for multi-agent AI systems that can operate independently in complex environments.
- Agent Orchestration: Build and refine orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) to manage agent lifecycle, state management, and inter-agent communication.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-performance systems focusing on low-latency inference and cost-effective scaling for production workloads.
- Safety & Governance: Develop robust guardrails, safety protocols, and evaluation metrics to ensure agent outputs are safe, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural standards are met across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python and Rust; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend agent interfaces.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
