Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructures for multi-agent systems.
- Lead research initiatives into emergent behaviors, cognitive modeling, and self-reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Define safety, alignment, and ethics protocols for high-stakes autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Mentor a team of elite ML researchers and engineers to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and large language models.
