Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures capable of complex, sequential reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- LLM Orchestration: Lead the integration and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive context-aware decision-making in real-time applications.
- Pipeline Optimization: Build high-performance inference pipelines and fine-tuning strategies to reduce latency and enhance model accuracy.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought prompting.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all deployed agents adhere to strict safety guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design robust, distributed systems that handle high-throughput data processing.
- Creative Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, complex engineering problems in innovative ways.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical storytelling and cross-functional leadership.
