Job Description
The future of technology isn't just smart; it's autonomous. As we look toward 2026, the demand for intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks is surging. Nexus Horizon Systems is at the forefront of this revolution. We are seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to design the next generation of self-improving software ecosystems.
In this role, you won't just be training models; you will be architecting the nervous system of future applications. You will bridge the gap between Generative AI and deterministic systems, creating agents that can operate independently in dynamic environments.
Why join us?
We offer a competitive package, stock options, and the unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of AI for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex multi-agent systems using LangChain, AutoGen, or custom frameworks to handle autonomous decision-making.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain tasks, focusing on reasoning capabilities and reducing hallucinations.
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents with legacy enterprise systems and real-time data streams to create seamless 'Human-in-the-loop' experiences.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms, including Spatial Computing and Neural Interfaces, to prepare our stack for 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Tuning: Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and low-latency inference for production workloads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Define and enforce guidelines to ensure AI behaviors align with safety, security, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning, NLP, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Rust or Go is a strong plus.
- Frameworks: Proven track record building agentic workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise novel solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
