Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, autonomous AI agents for enterprise automation and decision support systems.
- Develop novel algorithms for LLM chain-of-thought reasoning and memory management.
- Lead the integration of multimodal data streams (text, vision, audio) into unified agent workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI hardware accelerators (e.g., Quantum-Ready APIs).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and NLP.
- Deep expertise in building and deploying LLMs using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- Strong understanding of agent-based architectures, tool-use patterns, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment.
