Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate concepts into engaging visual assets.
- Optimize animations for web and mobile performance without compromising visual fidelity.
- Create storyboards and concept art to visualize project direction.
- Maintain and update the company's motion design library and asset repositories.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from kinetic typography to character animation.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
