Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D interactive graphics using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL (2D context).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create fluid, responsive animations and micro-interactions.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Build reusable component libraries for 2D visualization tools.
- Debug complex rendering issues and implement polyfills or workarounds for legacy browser support.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for creative coding.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and requestAnimationFrame.
- Experience with WebGL (Three.js or Pixi.js) for 2D rendering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
