As a key member of our creative engineering team, you will be responsible for building immersive 2D graphics, complex animations, and interactive user interfaces that push the boundaries of the browser. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our products are not only functional but visually stunning.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance 2D interactive graphics using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate static mockups into fluid, dynamic web experiences.
- Optimize rendering performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility for complex visual effects.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure accessibility on all devices.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern JavaScript standards (ES6+).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices in graphics programming.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a specific focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong understanding of the Canvas API and SVG manipulation.
- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js) and performance profiling tools (Chrome DevTools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex math problems related to coordinate systems and animation loops.
