Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, futuristic software systems designed for the 2026 era and beyond.
- Define and execute the technical vision for emerging technologies, including AI integration, quantum-ready architectures, and edge computing.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept development for disruptive technologies.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at a global scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on system architecture and large-scale infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Python at an expert level.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
