Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for our core platform, ensuring scalability and performance for future growth.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding, security, and system architecture across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, and Business) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop mid-to-senior level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI integration and cloud-native technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust preferred) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical applications on time and within budget.
