Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology disruptions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage cross-functional teams executing innovation pilots in emerging domains
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading global teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (white papers, journals)
