- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government, and emerging startups to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and investor boards securing $50M+ annual R&D allocation
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovation specialists while building a world-class futurist talent pipeline
- Author industry-defining whitepapers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on 2020+ tech deployments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic products or systems (minimum $100M revenue impact)
