Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Design and implement the physical and virtual infrastructure for the 2026 Protocol, ensuring 99.999% uptime.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize system throughput for high-frequency trading and real-time AI inference.
- Security Governance: Lead the implementation of Zero Trust architecture and quantum-resistant encryption standards.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the engineering roadmap, making critical decisions on technology stack selection and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in high-scale cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Rust, Go, and Python; experience with Kubernetes and Service Mesh.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of designing systems for high-velocity, low-latency environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
