- System Reliability: Ensure high availability and disaster recovery protocols are met across all global systems, minimizing downtime through proactive monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, edge computing) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud engineering, or software development with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in building scalable APIs and microservices.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipeline orchestration.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
