Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end technical architecture for the 2026 project, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to overcome complex challenges.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, security, and data management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture with a proven track record of shipping complex products.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the FinTech or AI/ML sector is a plus.
