Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Initiative: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 platform, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological trends.
- Architectural Oversight: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support future growth and integration of cutting-edge technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to ensure our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical direction.
- Process Improvement: Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment to maximize efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
