Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable systems architecture specifically tailored for 2026 technology stacks, including advanced AI integration and quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the technical vision for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Prototype Next-Gen Solutions: Hands-on development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex futuristic requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks that anticipate future cyber-threat vectors and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated interest or experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain/Web3, and edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and navigate uncharted technical territories.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
