- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive Technology & Business Readiness Roadmap for the year 2026, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Autonomous Systems) to predict market shifts and integrate them into our product lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to secure buy-in for future-state architectures and transformational projects.
- Innovation Implementation: Prototype and pilot high-potential technologies to validate their viability for the 2026 operational environment.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with next-generation frameworks by the target year.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and technological risks in the 2026 roadmap and develop mitigation strategies.
