Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architectural blueprints for next-generation AI and machine learning systems.
- Lead the R&D strategy for emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of system scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
