Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the strategic vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates on project health and deliverables.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure architectural integrity and scalability of our core systems, making critical technical decisions that impact long-term product viability.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize time-to-market for critical features.
- Crisis Management: Navigate complex project hurdles and unforeseen challenges with agility, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder confidence.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine agile methodologies and project management best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, product development, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and modern web technologies.
