Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Platform, ensuring 99.999% uptime and extreme scalability.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to the 2026 stack, optimizing for speed and security.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate neural interface protocols into the backend infrastructure.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and performance audits to ensure architectural integrity.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go for high-performance backend development.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with quantum-resistant encryption standards and decentralized protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
