Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with 2026 vision
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
