Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 technology foresight framework through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-focused solutions in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team in emerging methodologies like exponential thinking and systems modeling
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive futures for industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Drive ethical tech governance frameworks for 2026's autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities (e.g., using foresight platforms like Kumu)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work with industry adoption
- Experience leading hybrid global teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight program)
