Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen, scalable cloud architectures.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis on emerging technologies to assess feasibility for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
