Job Description
Join NeuroSync Labs at the forefront of 2026's neuro-technology revolution. We're pioneering brain-computer interfaces that redefine human-digital interaction. As our Quantum UX Researcher, you'll decode neural patterns to create intuitive interfaces that anticipate user needs before they're consciously expressed.
Our Austin hub houses the world's largest neuro-UX lab, equipped with quantum-grade neural scanners and predictive modeling suites. You'll collaborate with neuroscientists, AI architects, and ethical futurists to shape how humanity interfaces with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neuro-behavioral experiments using quantum-entangled EEG arrays
- Develop predictive UX models using neural pattern recognition algorithms
- Lead cross-functional brain-computer interface prototyping sprints
- Document neural interaction patterns in our quantum knowledge graph
- Present findings to stakeholders through immersive neural visualization dashboards
- Establish ethical frameworks for neuro-UX data interpretation
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Human-Computer Interaction with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years experience with neural pattern analysis tools (e.g., NeuroQuantum Suite)
- Published research in neuro-quantum interaction systems
- Proficiency in Python/R with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, PennyLane)
- Experience with fMRI/EEG data fusion and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating neuro-UX interface designs
- Understanding of neuro-ethical compliance frameworks (2026 standards)
