Responsibilities
- Execute multi-sensory UX studies for holographic interfaces
- Analyze neural feedback data to optimize cognitive load in AR experiences
- Develop ethical guidelines for AI-driven personalization algorithms
- Create predictive user journey models for 2026 tech adoption curves
- Lead international research cohorts across 3 quantum computing centers
- Document best practices for emerging spatial UX patterns
- Mentor junior researchers in neuro-UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science/HCI or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years researching emerging tech interfaces (quantum/AR/VR)
- Published work in IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing
- Proficiency in eye-tracking, EEG, and fMRI analysis tools
- Experience with quantum computing visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented UX innovations
- Certification in Neuro-Design from MIT Media Lab
- Fluency in Python and R for data modeling
