Job Description
Join Nexus Labs at the forefront of human-computer interaction as we pioneer quantum UX research for 2026. We're seeking a visionary researcher to decode subconscious user behaviors across emerging technologies. Shape how humanity interfaces with AI, AR, and quantum computing through cutting-edge neuro-analytics and predictive modeling.
Our multidisciplinary team operates in a lab environment where neuroscience meets design thinking. You'll collaborate with quantum physicists, AI ethicists, and neuroscientists to develop interfaces that anticipate needs before users articulate them. This role requires fluency in both human cognition and quantum state manipulation.
Responsibilities
- Design neuro-quantum experiments measuring subconscious user responses to emerging tech interfaces
- Develop predictive UX models using quantum computing algorithms
- Lead cross-disciplinary research pods with physicists and neuroscientists
- Create adaptive interface prototypes that evolve with user neural patterns
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum-assisted user data collection
- Present findings to C-suite executives and product development teams
- Author white papers on the future of human-computer symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 3+ years experience with neuro-quantum research methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published work on predictive user behavior modeling
- Expertise in fMRI, EEG, and quantum sensor integration
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum interface prototypes
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence effects on perception
- Experience leading ethics committees for neuro-technology
