Job Description
Join Nexus Labs at the forefront of 2026's digital frontier as we pioneer immersive quantum UX experiences. We seek a visionary Quantum UX Architect to redefine human-computer interaction through multidimensional interfaces. You'll architect neural-responsive systems that adapt to subconscious user patterns while maintaining ethical AI governance. Collaborate with quantum physicists and neuroscientists to build empathetic interfaces that transcend traditional UI paradigms.
This role requires mastery of emerging technologies including haptic quantum feedback systems and biometric-emotion AI. You'll lead cross-disciplinary teams in creating experiences that anticipate user needs before they're consciously recognized. Our Austin hub offers unparalleled resources for experimental development with cutting-edge quantum hardware.
Responsibilities
- Design quantum-responsive interfaces that adapt in real-time to neural and biometric inputs
- Develop ethical frameworks for subconscious user interaction modeling
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of physicists, neuroscientists, and UX specialists
- Implement haptic quantum feedback systems for multisensory experiences
- Architect adaptive UIs that evolve based on predictive behavioral analytics
- Establish governance protocols for emotion-responsive AI interactions
- Create test protocols for quantum UX efficacy across diverse neurotypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Quantum Computing, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 5+ years designing neural-responsive interfaces or quantum UX systems
- Expertise in biometric-emotion AI and subconscious pattern recognition
- Proficiency with quantum development frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and haptic APIs
- Published research in multidimensional interaction design
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, ACM Code)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ quantum UX implementations with neurodiverse testing
- Strong background in predictive behavioral analytics and adaptive systems
