Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize complex computational workflows
- Lead quantum security implementations for next-gen encryption standards
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance principles
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
