Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging quantum circuits for complex data analysis
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML frameworks optimized for near-term quantum processors
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithms for specific quantum architectures
- Create reproducible experiments to benchmark quantum ML performance against classical baselines

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Physics, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proficient in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) with quantum integration experience
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information science
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
