Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing hardware architectures
- Develop cryogenic control systems for qubit manipulation and measurement
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum networking protocols
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning frameworks
- Document quantum system specifications and operational procedures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing hardware or cryogenic systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting circuit design
- Experience with high-frequency control electronics
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Certification in quantum systems management (preferred)
