Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for 2026-era computational demands
- Lead quantum security protocols including quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Optimize quantum error correction systems for real-world deployment scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-quantum teams to define industry-standard interoperability specifications
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum networking and distributed quantum computing
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Deep understanding of quantum security protocols and NIST post-quantum standards
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Quantum Security Professional)
