Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing systems for enterprise scalability
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks with 99.999% uptime requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-secure encryption protocols
- Develop real-time optimization algorithms for quantum machine learning pipelines
- Establish quantum-computing benchmarks for 2026 industrial applications
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with ISO 27001-certified security teams for quantum-safe infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency in distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing journals preferred
- Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain DOE Q-level clearance
