- Develop fault-tolerant qubit networks with 99.9% coherence stability
- Implement real-time quantum error correction at petascale performance
- Create blueprints for quantum-secure global communication networks
- Conduct stress testing of quantum systems at cryogenic temperatures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and milli-Kelvin environments
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Certification in quantum security standards (NIST IR 8100)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
