Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum network architectures integrating photonic, superconducting, and topological qubit technologies
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic protocols and post-quantum cybersecurity frameworks
- Lead deployment of quantum cloud infrastructure with <10ms latency requirements
- Optimize quantum error correction codes achieving >99.9% logical qubit fidelity
- Create quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics in finance and logistics
- Document quantum system architectures using QASM and QuIP specification standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, color codes) and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IBM Quantum, IonQ)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Security clearance for handling quantum-protected classified data (preferred)
