Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum computing hardware architectures with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop cryogenic control systems and quantum error correction protocols
- Integrate quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Lead quantum network security protocols and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum algorithms for 2026 applications
- Optimize quantum resource allocation in hybrid cloud environments
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and monitoring frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or supercomputing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
