Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing infrastructure for Fortune 500 clients
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks with sub-1ms latency requirements
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world industrial applications
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Pioneer error-correction techniques for 1000+ qubit systems
- Translate quantum advantage into measurable business ROI
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years designing fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware from IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
