Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-safe cryptographic systems for global financial networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Optimize quantum annealing algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Establish protocols for quantum error correction in distributed computing environments
- Develop predictive maintenance models for quantum hardware systems
- Collaborate with AI researchers on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Ensure compliance with emerging quantum security standards (NIST QPS 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent experience with 5+ years in quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Deep knowledge of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
