- Lead quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for real-world deployment
- Coordinate with hardware teams on photonic and superconducting qubit implementations
- Establish quantum network standards for intercontinental quantum communication
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of building cryogenic quantum systems below 20mK
