Responsibilities
- Architect quantum network infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Design cryogenic cooling solutions for quantum processors
- Implement quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead integration with cloud quantum services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum engineering best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenics
- Proficiency in quantum circuit simulation (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with distributed quantum networking protocols
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Security clearance for quantum technology projects
