- Design scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 1M+ qubit operations
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum security protocols for 2026-era data protection
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Research breakthroughs in topological quantum computing and error correction
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Top-secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Track record of delivering quantum computing patents
