Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 100+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise applications
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum processors with cloud platforms
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum network latency and fidelity
- Research and prototype novel quantum communication protocols
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in high-performance computing infrastructure design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and optimization strategies
- Proven track record of scaling complex distributed systems
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
