Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise systems
- Lead architecture of hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure
- Develop protocols for secure quantum key distribution networks
- Conduct threat modeling for post-quantum cryptographic vulnerabilities
- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to quantum-safe architectures
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on integration specifications
- Document architecture blueprints and compliance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in infrastructure architecture with quantum or advanced security specialization
- Expertise in NIST post-quantum cryptography standards (PQC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Published research in quantum security or related fields
- Certification in quantum security or advanced cryptography
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects
