Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe network infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Design cryogenic cooling systems and photonic interconnects for quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication protocols (QKD networks)
- Create fault-tolerance blueprints for quantum error correction at scale
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen quantum hardware interfaces
- Establish governance frameworks for quantum data integrity and security
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Proven track record in designing low-latency, high-fidelity quantum networks
- Certification in quantum computing architecture (IBM Q, Google Quantum AI)
- Mastery of cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuit design
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum hardware or networking
