Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration across enterprise systems by 2026
- Lead research teams in creating quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align quantum initiatives with business objectives
- Present quantum computing strategies to investors and government stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation of hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum technology adoption and standardization
- Mentor quantum engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum application development
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware limitations
- Proven track record of translating quantum concepts into business solutions
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
