Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quantum computing strategic roadmap aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm design and implementation
- Identify emerging quantum applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Forge industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for quantum integration
- Present quantum breakthroughs to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ quantum research portfolio and resource allocation
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen enterprise systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum applications
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QML frameworks)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory to commercial solutions
